Concierge primary care is a membership that gives you direct access to a primary care provider for a flat monthly fee, with no insurance billing. It is sometimes called direct primary care. BHRT Delivered offers it to Florida adults online and in person at our Palm Beach County clinic.
Unhurried visits with a provider who knows your history
Scheduled visits every three months, by telehealth or in person
A care team you can reach between visits when something comes up
Help coordinating labs, referrals and specialist care
15% off our additional services
Concierge medicine encompasses a wide range of services designed to enhance patient care. These services typically include:
People who want more time and easier access than a typical primary care office offers
Busy professionals and families who prefer to handle most care by phone or video
People with a high-deductible plan, or no plan, who want predictable costs for everyday care
Patients who want a primary care provider but are not on hormone or weight-loss treatment with us
If you are a hormone therapy or weight-loss member, concierge primary care access is already included in your membership.
A concierge membership is not insurance. It does not cover hospital stays, emergency care, specialists, imaging or prescriptions. We recommend keeping health insurance for those.
Free 15-minute phone consultation. We explain the membership and answer your questions.
Lab testing. You choose where: at our clinic, at a Quest Diagnostics location near you, or with a mobile phlebotomist who comes to your home or office.
Your plan. Your provider reviews your history and results and sets a care plan with you.
Treatment. Scheduled visits every three months, plus access to your care team in between.
Your first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation. There is no charge and no obligation.
