Medical weight loss is a program run by a licensed provider that combines prescription medication with lab monitoring and regular check-ins. BHRT Delivered offers it to Florida adults online and in person at our Palm Beach County clinic, using compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.
Treatment may be appropriate for adults with:
A body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or
A BMI of 27 or higher plus a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes or sleep apnea.
It suits people who have tried changing diet and activity and want medical support to go further. Medication works alongside those changes and does not replace them.
These medications are not suitable if you:
Have had medullary thyroid cancer, or it runs in your family
Have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
Are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding
Tell your provider about any history of pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney problems or diabetic eye disease, and about any diabetes medication you take.
Both are once-weekly injections you give yourself at home. Both reduce appetite and help you feel full sooner.

We prescribe compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, prepared by FarmaKeio and EVEXIAS. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the compounded versions have not been through the trials above. Results vary from person to person.
Your provider will recommend one based on your health history, your goals and your budget.
Free 15-minute phone consultation. We review your weight history, health conditions and medications.
Lab testing. You choose where: at our clinic, at a Quest Diagnostics location near you, or with a mobile phlebotomist who comes to your home or office.
Your plan. A Florida-licensed provider decides whether medication is appropriate and which one fits you.
Delivery. Medication ships to your Florida address.
Gradual dose increases. You start low and step up about every four weeks, which keeps side effects down.
Follow-up. We retest at 90 days and at 6 months, then every 12 months. Your provider is available between tests.
Most people notice a smaller appetite within the first few weeks. Weight loss builds gradually over many months as the dose increases.
The most common side effects are nausea, diarrhea, constipation and stomach discomfort, mostly when starting or increasing the dose. Each medication page lists the less common, more serious risks.
Weight usually returns if the medication is stopped, so think of this as long-term treatment. Your provider can discuss maintenance.
Your first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation. There is no charge and no obligation.
